All-Star Break Giveaway

There is a post on last night's game below, but in this space I'd like to let everyone know about a cool giveaway we're doing over the All-Star break. A&E Home Video has been kind enough to hook us up with three copies of The Minnesota Twins Vintage World Series Films DVD (pictured below) to give away to our readers. I was trying to think of a fun contest but due to my laziness and lack of imagination we are just going to do a good old-fashioned drawing.
I watched the DVD last night, and as a guy who was too young to truly enjoy or appreciate the Twins' World Series victories in '87 and '91, it was really interesting to me. The DVD breaks down each game of both series in great detail.

This giveaway is open to anyone and everyone, so if you'd like to have your name included in the drawing, please send an e-mail to nels2807@umn.edu with the subject "Twins Contest" and your name included in the body of the e-mail. (Your name can only be put in once, so please only send one e-mail.) We will draw three names from a Twins cap and we'll announce the winners later this week. If you are a winner, I will get in touch with you about your mailing info and send you a copy as soon as possible.
