He'll probably be hitting behind Hardy and Punto, who I expect to be the two worst hitters in the lineup, so I don't foresee a ton of RBI opportunities. The key statistic for him is that .375 OBP, which will make him an asset at the top of the lineup. I also expect him to swipe at least 30 bases.Nick N.https://www.blogger.com/profile/00848574337121154690noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11215059.post-69386401565267203242010-03-18T11:29:35.387-05:002010-03-18T11:29:35.387-05:00You say you're done doubting d-span's abil...You say you're done doubting d-span's ability to produce, and then you predict him to hit .290 with 5HRs and 50RBI, all of which are below his 162 gm averages. I'm not sayin' he's gonna blow everyone away, but a better overall lineup outta provide him more opportunities to hit with men on base.<br /><br />You're right about him staying healthy...who would they put out there without him?Adam Kruegerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12460938738580518447noreply@blogger.com
